What This Warranty Covers
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and issues arising under normal usage within 30 days of the delivery date. It includes but is not limited to:
- Chain breakage due to structural weakness
- Clasp malfunction
- Stone or component detachment (not due to impact)
⚠️ Please note: Due to the spiritual nature of our items, not all defects qualify for identical replacements. Where exact items are unavailable, we may offer a repair, equivalent replacement, or store credit, at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or accidents
- Natural wear and tear from long-term use
- Exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, or extreme environments
- Tarnish or discoloration due to skin pH or care neglect
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or attempted fixes
- Intentional damage or negligence
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item is eligible for warranty support:

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos
- Our team will assess your claim and respond within 2–3 business days
Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, we will offer:
- A complimentary repair (when possible)
- A replacement of the same or similar item
- A store credit for future purchases
- Partial or full refund (in rare approved cases)
We will work with you to find a respectful and fair solution, honoring both product integrity and customer trust.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- For approved warranty claims, return shipping is covered by the customer
- We recommend trackable and insured shipping to avoid lost packages
- If a replacement is issued, we will cover the cost to ship the new item to you
