Our Promise to You
Every Siguniang Spirit piece is handmade and carries the meaning of the plateau. We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right—whether it arrived damaged, wasn’t what you expected, or simply doesn’t speak to you—we’ll make it right. Most issues are solved with a quick message to our team, and when a return is needed, the process is simple.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. This deliberately covers long international transit, so you are never left without recourse because a shipment ran late.
What Can Be Returned
- Damaged, defective, or broken in transit — full refund including return shipping (we cover it).
- Wrong item or significantly not as described — full refund including return shipping.
- Change of mind within 30 days — refund of the item price; return shipping paid by you, item must be unused and in its original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
A few items can’t be returned, for practical reasons we’re glad to explain:
- Custom or personalized pieces made to your specifications.
- Items already worn, used, or opened—for hygiene and the personal, consecrated nature of each piece. These are still fully covered if they arrive defective or damaged.
How to Start a Return
Email info@sgnspirit.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and any issue
- A short description of what’s wrong
We reply within 2 business days with the next step. In most cases we can resolve the problem without you sending anything back.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was defective or wrong.
International Orders
Our 30-day policy applies worldwide. For damaged or defective items we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. We cannot refund import duties or customs fees.
