Important Notice – Why We Do Not Accept Unqualified Returns
Our products are not mass-market items. They are:
- Spiritually symbolic and energetically aligned
- Crafted with ritual care and intention
- Often created in small batches or one-of-a-kind
Once these pieces leave our hands and enter yours, they begin a personal spiritual connection. For this reason:
⚠️ We do not accept returns simply due to change of mind, personal preference, or buyer’s remorse.
⚠️ Returned items—once opened or handled—cannot be re-listed or passed on, as their spiritual integrity is considered altered.
This is not just about resale value—it’s about honoring the energy and meaning behind each creation.
Return Eligibility
We will only accept returns if the product is:
- Defective, broken, or significantly damaged in transit
- Returned in unused, original condition
- Approved in writing by our support team
All return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, email info@sgnspirit.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A description of the problem
We will respond within 2 business days. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items marked as custom, personalized, or final sale
- Items that have been opened, worn, used, or handled
- Products returned without prior approval
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective
Use a trackable, insured shipping method to avoid loss or damage
We are not responsible for lost or unapproved returns
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable
No Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different product, please place a new order after your return (if approved).
International Orders
We only accept returns from international customers in the case of damage or defect.
We do not refund international shipping or customs costs.
